Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan with their children - Aryan Suhana and AbRam have relocated to four floors of a luxury apartment building in the nearby Pali Hill area Bandra. The building where they are staying is Puja Casa which is co-owned by filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani his son actor-filmmaker Jackky Bhagnani and daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh. Puja Casas building is named after Pooja Bhagnani. It has been reported that the superstar has leased two duplex apartments on the buildings first second seventh and eighth floors. The rest of the floors are occupied by the other residents of the building. Mannats renovation work has started and will continue for two years as the Khans are expanding their six-floor home and adding two more floors. The 27000-square-foot heritage bungalow the actor purchased in 2001 was for Rs 13.01 crore. Today the price is over Rs 200 crore. It is nestled in the posh Bandstand area of Bandra in Mumbai. Gauri Khan makes BOLD move now After moving out of Mannat and settling in the new apartment Gauri Khan made a bold move for her staff. She rented a flat in Mumbai for her staff located in Pankaj Premises Cooperative Society Ltd Pali Hill. She leased a 725-square-foot 2BHK apartment for a massive Rs 1.35 lakh a month. As per the reports its a 3-year lease document against Gauri Khan who has deposited Rs 4.05 lakh with a 5% rent increment every year. The flat includes a hall kitchen two bedrooms in addition to two washrooms. The flat is ust 100 meters away from where Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan are staying currently. The lease document indicates that the property can be used by her staff for residential purposes from 10 April 2025 to 9 April 2028.
