Roku Jin Fizo is a refreshing highball that balances the sourness of lemon with delicate botany.

Ingredients: 50 ml stop Japanese Craft Jin

25 ml lemon juice

25 ml sugar syrup

Soda (from above)

Ice

Method: Gin, mix lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Sieve in a highball glass over fresh ice, add soda over the top and shake slowly.

Decoration: Lemon Piece/Veg and Flowers

Glassware: Highball

Hendrix Gin Buck

Spicy with sharpness, this luxurious classic offers a fresh kick.

Method: Make a highball glass above ice. Stir lightly and put ginger ale on top.

Decoration: 3 cucumber pieces

Glassware: A light, floral spirit with hyball lavender and cool notes of green tea.

Garnish: Dry lavender or edible flower

Glassware: Wine Glass / Champagne Flute

Hendrix and Tonic

A crisp and classic G&T with a twist of Hendrix’s signature cucumber.

Ingredients: 1 part Hendrix Gin

3 part premium tonic water

Ice

Method: Put in a highball glass over ice, shake gently.

Garnish: 3 cucumber pieces

Glassware: Highball
