The Haryana government has made all the schemes and services online to provide quick and hassle -free services to its citizens. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Vivek Bharti said this while addressing the officials at the Samadhan Camp organized at the Small Secretariat of Narnaul today. He clarified that the youth should not have any kind of inconvenience regarding domicile and other necessary certificates. A total of 95 citizens kept their problems in the Samadhan camp today.
Deputy Commissioner Dr. Vivek Bharti stressed that there is clear instructions from the Chief Minister’s Office that the benefit of all government schemes and services should be provided to the citizens within a certain time limit. It should be ensured that procedures do not have unnecessary delays and transparency remains. If a case is delayed, then they should be written by DO letter.
He instructed the officials to ensure during the process of issuing the certificate to ensure that the applicant can get the certificate without any obstruction when applied with the correct information and necessary documents. Especially the domicile certificate, which is extremely important for education, jobs and other government benefits, should be issued on a priority basis.
Dr. Bharti further informed that according to the instructions of the Haryana Government, ‘Samadhan Camps’ are being organized in all sub-divisions every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon. The main objective of these camps is to directly hear public grievances and redress them quickly. He appealed to the citizens to raise their grievances and problems through these solution camps, so that the government can listen to their concerns directly and provide solutions.
Superintendent of Police Pooja Vashistha, Nagadhish Manjit Kumar and DSP Suresh Kumar and other officials were also present on the occasion.
