UPSC CSE Prelims 2025 Result: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will soon release the results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) Preliminary 2025. This year UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination was conducted on 25th May. The CSE exam was held in two shifts, as per the trend, the results are expected to be released 15 days after the exam. Once declared, candidates can check from the official website of the commission upsc.gov.in.
UPSC CSE Prelims Result will be uploaded in the form of a PDF containing a shortlist of roll numbers. This list will contain the names of the candidates who are qualified for the UPSC CSE Main Exam 2025.

Increase in the cut-off of all categories.
Last year the UPSC CSE preliminary exam results saw an increase in the cut-off marks across all categories. The general category cut-off rose to 87.98, while the cut-off in the OBC and EWS categories stood at 87.28 and 85.92 respectively.
UPSC launches new portal
The Union Public Services Commission on Wednesday launched a new portal and applicants will now have the option to use Aadhaar authentication for registration. Including the option of Aadhaar verification and authentication, UPSC said that applicants are advised to use their Aadhaar card as the ID document in the Universal Application to enable easy, simple, and seamless verification and authentication of ID and other details after which it will serve as a permanent and common record for all examinations. Apart from the identity profile, applicants will have to submit an Aadhaar or any other valid photo identity document, the commission said.
UPSC NDA/NA, CDS Application Form Released
UPSC has activated the NDA/NA II and CDS II application link on its official website. Students interested in admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Air Force Academy, Hyderabad, Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Officers Training Academy, Chennai or National Defence Academy II course can apply on the official website upsconline.nic.in or upsc.gov.in. The last date to complete the UPSC CDS II 2025 application form is June 17.
