DU SOL PG Admission 2025: Admissions to postgraduate programs (PG) in the academic session 2025-26 in the School of Open Learning of Delhi University will be based on CUET score and merit. Priority will be given to CUET score and after that, the seats will be filled based on merit.

This will happen only if a candidate has not given CUET. Then the seats will be filled on merit. SOL has decided to keep the same system as last year in these four years as well. SOL was earlier preparing to do admissions only based on merit this year. Due to a lack of consensus on this, it has been decided to do admission with the system of last year.

Registration will start from June 16, opportunity till July 10
SOL Director Prof. Payal Mago said that this time the effort was to do admissions only on merit, but a decision could not be taken on this. In such a situation, the way admissions were done last year based on CUET score and merit, we will do it in the same way. For this, the registration process will be started on June 16. Candidates wishing to do PG from SOL can register till July 10. If the system had changed suddenly, there could have been confusion among the candidates. In such a situation, the old system has been restored.

In which courses will admission be done only on merit?

Admissions in MCA, BLib, and MLib will be done only on merit. For this also the registration process is being started on June 16 itself. In the years 2023-24, admissions in postgraduate courses were done on merit. Whereas before that it was done through the Delhi University Entrance Test conducted by DU. Only last year, SOL started admissions in PG based on CUET score.

Postgraduate Courses at SOL
SOL offers five postgraduate programs: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts (Hindi), Master of Arts (History), Master of Arts (Political Science), Master of Arts (Sanskrit), Master of Commerce (M.Com).
