Chelsea made the second bid for the Borussia Dortmund’s winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens as they want the forward badly. However, the Bundesliga club has rejected the bid of €50 million. The reason of this rejection is said to be the Club World Cup. The competition is going to start in few days and the transfer window is also shut for few days due to this. According to Fabrizio Romano, there’s a chance that the player will end up in Chelsea once the transfer window starts again.

Chelsea have made a second attempt to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, but their €50 million bid has been turned down by the Bundesliga giants. The 19-year-old English winger has emerged as a top target for the Blues, who are determined to bolster their attacking options ahead of the new season.

According to reports, Dortmund rejected the offer due to the timing rather than the price. With the FIFA Club World Cup just days away, the German side are reluctant to lose one of their key young players during a crucial phase. Moreover, the transfer window is temporarily shut during the tournament, adding another layer of complexity to any potential move.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that there is still a chance Bynoe-Gittens could make the switch to Stamford Bridge once the window reopens. Chelsea remain keen and are expected to return with another offer.
