BTS’ Kim Taehyung, famously known as V, has officially completed his military service as of June 11 and he’s already making waves online. Mere hours after his discharge, V jumped straight back into action, reminding fans exactly why he’s a global icon.

First Post-Military Dance Sparks Frenzy

Choreographer Lee Jung posted a surprise video featuring V dancing to a remix of “Don’t Drop That Thun Thun.” Dressed in camouflage pants and a casual tee, V’s smooth moves and charismatic presence captivated fans instantly. Lee Jung’s caption, “& @thv MilitaryTwins,” perfectly captured their electric energy. ARMYs flooded social media with reactions, amazed by V’s quick return to form. One fan exclaimed, “It’s been like two minutes since he came back?? And he’s so smooth with it??” Another said, “This #Taehyung is different… confident, no-nonsense, IDGAF kinda vibe… loving TAE 2.0!”

Heartfelt Live and Emotional Message to Fans

Later in the day, V joined fellow BTS member RM for a heartfelt live session on Weverse. Thanking fans for their unwavering support, he said, “To all the ARMYs who have waited for us in the military, I want to say I am truly, truly grateful. Please wait just a little longer and we will return with a really cool performance.”
