According to a post shared at the Ukrainian Tech Forum, a soldier said he was hit by heavy firing in the battlefield. After this post went viral, the Samsung Ukraine team responded immediately. He contacted the soldier and thanked him and appreciated his valor and faith in the company. Also, the company assured that it would repair or replace the phone free.
