The Gujarat ATS has got a big success in the investigation of the Ahmedabad aircraft accident. During the search operation, the digital flight data recorder (DFDR) of the aircraft ‘Boeing 787 Dreamliner’, which is commonly called a black box, has been recovered from the scene.

This DFDR will play a very important role in finding out the real causes of the plane crash. The black box was found between the wreckage of the aircraft and is carefully assigned to the investigating agencies.

According to experts, when an aircraft crashes, the investigators with the help of the data present in DFDR find out what the aircraft status, pilots’ decisions, mechanical performances and external factors just before the accident.

Every second information recorded in DFDR can clarify the entire status ranging from flying to the aircraft to the accident. Now investigating agencies will analyze this data and move towards bringing out the real causes of the accident.
