Archana Puran Singh, known for vlogging her daily life on YouTube, has decided to not release her latest vlog in light of the Ahmedabad plane crash.
Taking to her YouTube channel, the actress shared a long note on not "releasing our usual vlog today".
She wrote, "In light of the recent Air India Flight 171 tragedy, we will not be releasing our usual vlog today. Our hearts go out to all the families and individuals affected by this devastating incident. As a small gesture of respect, we are taking a pause today. We will be back soon. Until then, please keep the victims and their loved ones in your thoughts and prayers."
Several other television and film stars took to their respective social media handles to express grief over the Air India plane crash. Sunny Deol was among the first actors to react. Television stars Arjit Aneja, Rupali Ganguly, Aly Goni, Parth Samthaan, and Shoaib Ibrahim too shared their shock over the incident.
Shoaib took to his Instagram Stories and wrote, "Deeply Heartbroken". Parth wrote on Instagram, "The Air India crash in Ahmedabad... gut-wrenching. Thinking of every single person affected. Life is so fragile. Prayers with all of them."
Just like Archana Puran Singh, previously, the makers of Kanappa also cancelled their trailer launch event. On Thursday, actor Vishnu Manchu took to his official X handle to share the news.
He wrote, "My heart breaks for the lives lost in today's Ahmedabad Air India crash. In deep mourning, we are deferring the Kanappa trailer release by one day and canceling tomorrow's Indore pre-release event. My prayers are with the families during this unimaginably difficult time."
