Method of making mango chutney
Material:
2 medium sized raw mangoes (sprinkled and chopped)
½ cup jaggery (grated)
1 teaspoon fennel
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup of water
Method:
1. Add chopped mangoes and water in a pan and cook on medium flame until the mango becomes soft.
- Then add jaggery to it and mix well.
- Now add fennel, cumin, red chili powder and salt and mix.
- Cook the sauce until thick.
- After cooling, store it in airtight container.
