Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan recently sold three of their plots in Mumbais Andheri area according to property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards. The document further shows that the three apartments which have been sold measure close to 2000 sq ft and have been sold in two different buildings.
In the first transaction director Rakesh Roshan sold a 1025 sq ft apartment located in a building named Veejays Niwas CHS Limited. The property was sold for Rs. 3.75 crore to Sonali Ajemera. It also has two parking spaces.
The transaction for the property was registered on May 25 which also involved stamp duty payment of Rs. 18.75 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30000 documents show.
In the second transaction Rakesh Roshan sold his apartment in a building named Raheja Classique in Andheri West which was 625 sq ft and it was sold for Rs. 2.20 crore to three people named Jeevan Bhavanani Shilpa Wadhwani and Gaurav Wadhwani. This transaction was done on May 17. The stamp duty for this property was Rs. 13.20 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30000 were paid for it.
The third property was sold by Hrithik Roshan. It was a 240 sq ft apartment in the same building. The property was sold for Rs. 80 lakh to the same homebuyers mentioned above in the second transaction. Further the stamp duty for this property was Rs. 4.80 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30000.
The father-son duo took this step to strengthen their real estate portfolio.
