Rick and Morty fans had to wait a really long time for Season 8 to come out. But the wait is over, it’s finally here! New episodes are now being shown every week in both the US and the UK.

In this new season, Rick, Morty, and the whole Smith family are back with more wild, science-fiction adventures across different universes. As always, they end up causing lots of chaos wherever they go.

The official description of the season says:

It also hints that we’ll see more of Summer, Jerry, Beth, and even the second Beth (yes, there are two!). Maybe even Butter Bot (that tiny robot who was sad about its life purpose) will get something new to do. No matter what happens, Rick and Morty are unstoppable, many have tried to stop them, but they always bounce back!

This isn’t the last season, far from it. Last year, the network (Adult Swim) confirmed that the show will continue for more seasons in the future. It’s guaranteed to go on at least until Season 12.

For now, let’s take a look at when each episode of Season 8 will be released in the US and the UK.

When is Ricky and Morty season 8 episode 4 coming out?

Episode 4 of Rick and Morty Season 8 is coming out on Sunday, 15th June in the US. You can watch it on the channel Adult Swim. The episode is called “The Last Temptation of Jerry”, so it looks like Jerry is going to be a big part of the story this time!

If you’re in the UK, you’ll have to wait just a bit longer. The same episode will be available there on Sunday, 22nd June on the channel E4.

What time are Rick and Morty season 8 episodes being released?

New episodes of Rick and Morty Season 8 come out every Sunday at 11 PM (ET/PT) in the US on Adult Swim.

The season has 10 episodes in total. It started on Sunday, 25th May 2025, and the final episode will come out on 27th July.

In the UK, episodes are shown every Sunday at 9 PM (BST) on E4.

But there’s something that you must know: the UK is one week behind the US. So while the US got the first episode on 25th May, the UK got it a week later, on 1st June.

Is Rick and Morty season 8 available in the UK?

Yes, like we mentioned earlier, new episodes of Rick and Morty Season 8 are shown in the UK every Sunday at 9 PM on the channel E4.

But keep in mind, the UK is one week behind the schedule in other countries like the US. So, UK fans get each episode a week later.

The first episode of Season 8 was shown in the UK on Sunday, 1st June 2025 at 9 PM. That was when the new season officially started airing in the UK.

Is Rick and Morty season 8 coming to Netflix?

In the UK, new Rick and Morty episodes first come out only on Channel 4 (specifically on E4), because that’s where Adult Swim shows are shown.

After a few months, past seasons usually show up on Netflixwhere you can already watch all the older seasons right now.

So, it’s very likely that Season 8 will also be added to Netflix later on, but for now, if you want to watch the new episodes in the UK, you’ll need to catch them on E4.
