If your neck looks heavy, then do this exercise.
How to do:

Lie on the back by laying a mat on the ground.

Slowly lift the neck up by breathing.

Then take the neck down while exhaling.

Do this 2 times a day, 10-15 times.

Advantage: Both fat and double chin will be affected.

🪷 2. 2. Brahma Mudra – Slim
This exercise is considered the best for neck and face stretching.
How to do:

Sit straight on the chair and place your hands on the thighs.

Take the neck back and take a deep breath.

Now rotate the neck from right to left and then round down.

Repeat it 10 times.

Advantage: Along with reducing facial fat, it also improves blood circulation.

Troubled by double chin? So try this exercise.
How to do:

Fold the head backwards and look at the roof.

Push the lower jaw upwards.

Stay in this position for 15 seconds.

Repeat it 2 times a day, 5-5 times.

Advantage: Chin and jaw fat decreases and face cut sharp starts appearing.
