Remedies to clean greensils: Ghee and oil are used daily in Indian kitchen. They enhance the taste of food, but after using them, it becomes difficult to wash the utensils. Ghee or oil is often lubricated in utensils, which do not remove even after repeated washing. In such a situation, by adopting some easy domestic tips given below, you can brighten Gaisi utensils without working hard.
Start with hot water: First of all, add hot water to Gaisi utensils and soak them for 10–15 minutes. This causes oil or ghee to melt and is easily separated from the pot.
Amazing of baking soda and lemon: Take 1 tablespoon baking soda and rub it on the pot with the help of half a lemon. Leave for a few minutes, then scrub. It not only removes viscosity, but also removes the smell.
Use flour or dry gram flour: Put a little dry wheat flour or gram flour on the pot and rub it only. This removes the layer of ghee. After this wash it with water and soap.
Mixing vinegar and dish liquid: Take a little hot water in a vessel, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and dish liquid. Now keep the grease utensils immersed in it for some time and then scrub.
Rub of salt and lemon: If the pot is of steel or aluminum, take coarsely salt and rub it on the pot with the help of half a lemon. It acts like a natural scrub.
Before washing the utensils, wipe the remaining ghee-oil with the help of tissue paper or old newspaper. The remaining tea leaves or coffee grounds can be used for scrubbing.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the griddle or pan and heat it on low flame for 1–2 minutes. Then scrub and wash the dish with liquid. The griddle will shine as before.
