India News (India News), Dr K Laxman Targeted Congress: As part of the campaign being run by OBC Morcha for caste census, BJP’s OBC Morcha National President Dr. K Laxman and BJP state president Pandit Mohan Lal Baroli held a press conference at BJP State Office Panchkamal in Panchkula on Tuesday. Dr. K Laxman raised sharp questions on the Congress party and said that the Congress never did justice to the OBC class. The Congress always split up, rule the principle of rule, the underprivileged, poor, Dalits were deprived of the government’s schemes. At the same time, Barauli also accused the Congress party of discriminating against the OBC society. Minister Rajesh Nagar, State President of OBC Morcha Madan Chauhan, Chief Spokesperson Jawahar Yadav were also present on the occasion.
National President of OBC Morcha K.K. Laxman said that the OBC Morcha is running a campaign for caste census across the country. The main objective of this campaign is to make people aware. He said that Rahul Gandhi is trying to take credit for PM Modi’s caste census decision.
Surrounding Rahul Gandhi, he said that three people of the family were Prime Minister and the Congress had a government for 55 to 60 years, then why did the caste census not be done. Dr. Laxman said that census was done by connecting caste during the British time, but after the country became independent, Jawaharlal Nehru stopped it as Prime Minister.
Dr. Laxman said that today Rahul Gandhi is roaming around misleading people by taking the book of Constitution. Rahul Gandhi ensued rumors about the BJP that if the BJP government is formed, the reservation will end, the constitution will be changed. He said that Rahul Gandhi’s goal is to distract people from the main goal. Now the public has also come to know that Prime Minister Modi does what he speaks.
Dr. Laxman said that after the independence of the country, the first Kaka Kalelkar Commission was formed. This commission recommended the census of all the castes in the OBC society, but Jawaharlal Nehru refused it. Jawaharlal Nehru also wrote a letter to the Chief Ministers of the states and also convinced the reservation on the basis of caste. Arrangements for 27 percent reservation at Kendriya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools and national level, then the children of OBC society have started becoming doctors engineers.
BJP state president Pandit Mohan Lal Baroli said that the Congress has always been in opposition to caste census. He said that after the census done during the British, the Congress never allowed caste census. Surrounding the Congress, he said that the Congress always did injustice to the OBC society and did not care about the welfare of OBC massage.
The BJP state president said that the BJP government is the government of Antyodaya. There is no discrimination against anyone, so the BJP is providing benefits of the government’s schemes till the last person.
