Material (Blueberry/Jamun Kulfi Recipe)
- Blueberry or Jamun – 1 cup (wash the seed thoroughly)
- Milk – 2 cups (full cream)
- Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup (for sweetening, optional)
- Honey or jaggery-2-3 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 teaspoon (for taste)
- Cashew-Badam (chopped)-1-2 tablespoons
Method (Blueberry/Jamun Kulfi Recipe)
- First of all, boil the milk on low heat in a heavy bottom pot and thicken it till it is half.
- Make a paste by putting blueberry or berries in a blender. If you want, you can filter it so that smooth texture is found.
- Add condensed milk or honey/jaggery, cardamom powder and fruit puree to thick milk. Mix well
- Allow this mixture to cool down slightly. Then put it in Kulfi Molds. If you want, you can also add chopped dryfruits from above.
- Keep the molds in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
