Blueberry/Jamun Kulfi Recipe: In summer, the taste of cool and delicious kulfi is different, and if there is a temper of health, then the fun doubles. Blueberry or Jamun Kulfi is a unique and healthy option – natural sweetness, antioxidants and vitamins are found in plenty.

Material (Blueberry/Jamun Kulfi Recipe)

  • Blueberry or Jamun – 1 cup (wash the seed thoroughly)
  • Milk – 2 cups (full cream)
  • Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup (for sweetening, optional)
  • Honey or jaggery-2-3 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 teaspoon (for taste)
  • Cashew-Badam (chopped)-1-2 tablespoons

Method (Blueberry/Jamun Kulfi Recipe)

  1. First of all, boil the milk on low heat in a heavy bottom pot and thicken it till it is half.
  2. Make a paste by putting blueberry or berries in a blender. If you want, you can filter it so that smooth texture is found.
  3. Add condensed milk or honey/jaggery, cardamom powder and fruit puree to thick milk. Mix well
  4. Allow this mixture to cool down slightly. Then put it in Kulfi Molds. If you want, you can also add chopped dryfruits from above.
  5. Keep the molds in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
