The show, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, which was one of the most loved shows on television once, has been witnessing a massive dip in its ratings of late, and if reports are to be believed, the channel is planning to hit the axe on it soon. The show might reportedly go off-air sooner than you think, but it has not been officially announced yet.

As per several media reports, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, which currently stars Bhavika Sharma, Param Singh, Sanam Johar, Vaibhavi Hankare, and others, has not been able to strike a chord with the audience despite trying every trick in the book. The show has been recording low TRPs for quite some time now, in spite of introducing multiple twists and turns, and even a change in its air time.

The channel reportedly also gave several warnings and chances to revive the ratings, but nothing worked, and thus, the makers have decided to end the show for good. According to India Forums, the last episode, which is set to be an emotional one, will air in the first week of July 2025.

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin commenced in 2020, just when the small screen industry had returned to work after the first COVID-19 wave. It originally featured Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma in lead roles, and their love triangle was loved by the masses. Within no time, it cemented its place in the Top 5 spots of the TRP chart every week, competing with the likes of Anupamaa, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Kundali Bhagya, and many reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss.

The show then took a major generational leap, roping in fresh cast, including Bhavika Sharma, Hitesh Bharadwaj, Shakti Arora, and others. In 2024, it took another leap, and got in Param Singh, Sanam Johar, Vaibhavi Hankare, and a host of other actors, but the show lost its charm and popularity amongst the audience.
