At the end of each week, viewers watch and who detail the latest headlines from the infamous red sofa.

While sharing information about world affairs, political changes, and current issues, the 50-year-old does so while donning glamorous outfit choices.

However, Naga revealed people tuning into the show won't see her wearing anything white on her bottom half. It comes after the broadcaster suffers from adenomyosis, a condition she lived with for 32 years before being diagnosed in 2022.

Before being given her official diagnosis, Naga lived with vomiting, fainting, heavy bleeding, and severe aching every two and a half weeks for over three decades.

While speaking with Ateh Jewel on podcast, she explained: "I now take medication to control, suppress the production of my hormones so that these don't flare, so I don't have this pain and so I don't bleed.

"And when I used to bleed, I would be setting an alarm at night every three hours to wake up and change my period product."

The condition even impacted her outfit choices as she shared: "I never wear white on the bottom."

According to the NHS, adenomyosis is a condition where the lining of the womb (uterus) starts growing into the muscle in the wall of the womb.

Naga has described the condition as the 'evil twin of endometriosis', which can affect one in 10 women.

Speaking more about her health struggle, Naga confessed she thought feeling exhausted was normal, as that was what she had been told.

She added: "There is a real distinction, if something is common, it doesn't mean it's normal."

In the past, Naga opened up about her condition, which left her in excruciating pain, which resulted in her husband, James Hagger, having to call an ambulance.

As he was unable to drive them to the hospital after consuming alcohol at the theatre, he made a panicked 99 call.

The star revealed to Saga that her husband's urgent plea to the ambulance operators consisted of just three words: "She cannot move."

Breakfast is available to watch on iPlayer.
