Chowmin Noodles – 200 grams (Hakka Noodles or any Noodles)
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Carrots – 1 finely chopped
Capsicum (capsicum) – 1 finely chopped
Cabbage (Cabbage) – 1 cup cut
Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped (if you like spicy)
Green onion – 2 table spoon chopped
Garlic-4-5 buds finely chopped
Ginger – 1 teaspoon grated
Soy Sauce – 2 Table Spoon
Red Chile Sauce – 1 Table Spoon
Vinegar (Vinegar) – 1 table spoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 table spoon (optional)
Salt – as per taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – 2 table spoon (sesame oil or refined oil will be better)
1. First boil water in a large pot. Add a little salt and 1 teaspoon of oil to the boiling water. Now add chowmin noodles and boil it for 4-5 minutes. Keep in mind that noodles are not overcomers. After cooking the noodles, take it out in a sieve and wash it with cold water, so that the noodles do not stick.
2. Cut all the vegetables into thin lachings. Vegetables are more fine in a market -like chowmin to cook quickly and remain crisp.
3. Heat oil in a pan or vok pan. First of all add chopped garlic and ginger and fry till it becomes light golden. Then add finely chopped onion and fry until it becomes slightly soft. Now add carrots, capsicum and cabbage. Fry the vegetables lightly for 2-3 minutes on high heat so that their crunch remains.
4. Now put boiled noodles in vegetables. Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup from above. Add salt and pepper as well. Mix all the things well so that the spices and sauce noodles climb equal. Fry about 2-3 minutes on high heat. Garnish by adding green onion over it.
Serve hot chowmin with chutney or sauce.
