Apple will introduce the iPhone 17 series worldwide in this September and we are likely to get several updates (internal and external). Prior to the launch of the iPhone 17 series, leaks have emerged on the Internet about the iPhone 18 series. The latest leak on the iPhone 18 Pro series suggested the departure of the very popular Dynamic Island. There will be a punch-hal display to keep the selfie camera which is the same on Android smartphone.
Recently leaked information by the Digital Chat Station (vibo) has revealed that Apple can give punch holes for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max device. Tipster has reported that the iPhone 18 Pro will have a 6.27 -inch panel while more premium iPhone 18 Pro Max will have a 6.86 -inch OLED panel. The Ltpo panel will give 1.5K resolution in the device.
Even though the punch-hal display seems to be recognized, the leaks mentioned above mentioned that the Apple will introduce the HIAA technology for the selfie camera. Meanwhile, the face ID array will be placed under the display. This means that the selfie camera is the only thing that will be on the front side.
Dynamic Island has a circular camera with the current face ID system. A black software of the display is filled in the middle of the lire pixels and gives an idea of dynamic island. The Apple is said to be switching to Hiaa or Hole-in-active-area and means that the selfie camera will only be visible to users. Face ID system and its floods work through the Illumineator and camera display panels. This feature will be welcomed by some buyers as black blob (earlier models) will run.
Currently, the iPhone 16E is the only model that does not offer dynamic island but has a notch.
