Paneer – 250 grams
Butter – 1 table spoon
Curd (thick) – 1/2 cup
Cream – 2 Table Spoon
Cumin – 2 table spoon
Milk – 1 cup
Oil – 2 table spoon
Green Chilli – 2
Kasuri Methi – 2 Table Spoon
Cinnamon – 1/2 inch
Ginger (chopped) – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 T Spoon
Water – 1/2 cup
Cashew – 3/4 cup
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all, put the content of sequential spices in a pan. After this, cook them for a while and then grind it in a mixer.
After this, take butter, oil in a separate pan and add dried spices to it and cook till it heat up.
After this, add ground masala paste already prepared in it. Keep cooking it until the entire paste is frying.
Then add curd to the prepared paste and mix it well. Heat it until oil and curd separates.
After this, add milk slowly and mix it well. Let it cook until it thickens. During this time cut the cheese into medium -sized cubes.
