Method:

To make powder of berries of berries, wash the cooked jamun kernels and wash it thoroughly so that the pulp is removed. They should dry them well in the sun for 2-3 days, until they dry completely and become crispy. Peel the dry kernels and separate the seeds inside. Store in airtight compartment and keep it in a cold, dry place.
