Ever since Diljit Dosanjhs film Sardaar Ji 3 has been released the internet has been divided into two sections. A major chunk of the internet is ‘disgusted’ by the trailer because it featured Pakistani actor Hania Aamir amid tensions between India and Pakistan. On Reddit a social media user posted “guts” with a snip of Diljit and Hania. Ever since the trailer was released it has received massive backlash from the audience. Initially when the India-Pakistan tensions escalated many directors who had cast Pakistani actors such as Fawad Khan in Abir Gulaal and Mawra Hocane in Sanam Teri Kasam 2 removed them. The news also claimed that Hania Aamir had also been dropped from Sardaar Ji 3. However now that the trailer has surfaced online Diljit is being highly criticised and is facing major trolling.
