Aamir Khans much-awaited release Sitaare Zameen Par saw a steady run in collections over the weekend due to positive word-of-mouth from the audience. However as per the latest updates by Sacnilk the film witnessed a drop on its first Monday test earning only Rs 8.27 crore. The total toll now stands at Rs 66.65 crore in India. Sitaare Zameen Par surpasses Aamir Khans previous releases On day 4 the film had 8.73% morning occupancy 17.24% in afternoon 23.20% in evening shows and night shows saw 27.42% occupancy. Despite the major dip Sitaare Zameen Par managed to surpass Aamir Khans previous releases Laal Singh Chaddha (2024) which collected Rs 61.36 crore and Rang De Basanti (2006) which overall collected Rs 52.91 crore net in India. In terms of worldwide collection Aamir Khans sports drama managed to earn Rs 97.5 crore in just three days and is all set to embark towards the Rs 100 crore mark.
