American startup "Mechanize" is providing the facility to hand over entire companies to AI, which seems to be increasing the threat to human jobs.
Nowadays, while on one hand there is enthusiasm about Artificial Intelligence (AI) all over the world, on the other hand, concerns related to it are also increasing rapidly. Especially about human jobs, there is a fear that AI technology may eliminate the need for working people. This debate is being fueled further by an American startup "Mechanize" which is trying to run the entire work of companies without humans with the help of AI.
What does this Mechanize startup do?
Mechanize is a startup that allows companies to operate their different departments through "AI agents". That is, where earlier different people and teams were kept for a task, now these AI agents can do the same work quickly without getting tired and at a lower cost.
The company claims that if the customer wants, he can hand over his entire company to an AI team, in which AI will handle many responsibilities like research, sending emails, making reports, handling social media, and running customer care.
How is the danger arising?
Recently a demo video of “Mechanize” created a stir on social media. In this video it was shown that a startup company is running only with the help of AI without any human employee. There, everything from CEO to marketing head is being done by AI. This raised the question that if this trend increases, then how will the jobs of millions of people be saved? Experts say that if companies start using AI only for saving costs and efficiency, then in the coming time mid-level and back office jobs will be in danger first.
On the other hand, some other experts say that even though AI can work fast, human thinking, creativity, emotions and decision making ability are still with humans. AI can only do tasks that have been pre-programmed or that require heavy data usage.
