Whenever children come back from playing outside or from school, they should be massaged with slightly warm oil. This removes all the tiredness from their body, due to which they do not feel any pain in their body. In this way, they can go to school with freshness every day.

Bring the water to a boil

In the changing weather, children should never be given plain water to drink. Water should always be boiled before giving it to them.
