MPPSC Recruitment 2025: There is good news from Madhya Pradesh for the youth looking for a government job. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released recruitment for the post of Food Safety Officer. Online application for this recruitment has to be done by visiting the official website mppsc.mp.gov.in. The last date to fill out the form for this recruitment is 10 August 2025. The application process for this will start on 11 July.

According to the notification, through this recruitment process, a Food Safety Officer will be appointed to a total of 67 posts in Madhya Pradesh. Candidates can make corrections in the application form till 12 August 2025.

Educational Qualification for the post of Food Safety Officer

Candidates should have graduated or post-graduation or doctorate in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Oil Technology Agricultural Science Veterinary Science or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Chemistry Medicine or any other equivalent/recognized qualification notified by the Food Authority with prior approval in the Central Government.

Age Limit for Food Safety Officer Post

The minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years and a maximum 40 years. Age will be calculated based on 1 January 2026. Candidates of reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit.

Application Fee

SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Economically Weaker Section and Divyangjan category candidates who are natives of Madhya Pradesh will have to pay a fee of Rs 250 to apply. The application fee for candidates of all other categories is Rs 500.

Pay Scale

Candidates will be paid Rs 36200-114800 as salary every month and dearness allowance and other allowances as per the orders issued by the state government from time to time.
