4 cucumbers
Half a cup of semolina
2 green chillies
2 teaspoons coconut powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Half a teaspoon of dry mango powder
Salt according to taste

Method
- First of all, wash the cucumber. After washing, peel it. Now take the cucumber in a big vessel and grate it.
- Mix half a cup semolina, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 2 teaspoons coconut powder, and finely chopped coriander in the grated cucumber.
- Now add 1 teaspoon garam masala, half a teaspoon dry mango powder, salt as per taste, and a little water.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Your cheela batter is ready. Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it.
- When the pan is hot, add butter to it and spread it all around. Now take the batter with a big spoon and spread it in a circular shape on the pan.
- Now put cheese and butter on top of the cheela. Then bake the cheela well from both sides. Hot cheela is ready. Eat it with chutney.
