Just a year after Swades on August 27 2005 Gayatri tied the knot with the CEO of Oberoi Realty Vikas Oberoi. After her wedding Gayatri focused more on her family. Born in 1969 Vikas is the son of Ranbir Oberoi the founder of Oberoi Realty Ltd. Growing up Vikas closely observed his father manage the real estate business inspiring him to follow in his footsteps. After completing his education he joined his father in the family enterprise. The Floor Costs a Whopping Between Rs 45 to 57 Crore As per the details by the YouTuber the listing price is $50 million (approximately Rs 428.96 crore). On the other hand details shared by Square Yards reveal that a 4 BHK apartment (5235 sq ft) is priced at around Rs 45 crore while a 5 BHK apartment (6651 sq ft) in Tower B is priced at Rs 57.17 crore.
