Yoga tips: Practicing yogasan improves blood circulation and strengthens muscles. Yoga can also be beneficial for patients suffering from arthritis.

If you regularly practice some yogasanas, there will be relief in swelling of the feet and pain. Also, adopting healthy diet and proper lifestyle will also reduce the chances of the problem again. Let us know which yoga practice will prove beneficial if you also have pain or swelling in the feet.

Tadasana:

Practicing this asana strengthens the muscles of the feet.

Blood circulation improves and inflammation may decrease.

How to practice

For the practice of Tadasana, stand upright and move both hands above the head.

Raise the ankles and pull the whole body.

Stay in this position for 10-15 seconds, then slowly come back to the old state.

Uttanasana:

The practice of Uttanasana brings stretch in the muscles of the feet which reduces pain.

Uttanasana is beneficial in improving blood circulation in the body.

How to practice

Stand by connecting the feet.

While exhaling, bend forward slowly and try to touch the feet with hands.

Stay in this posture for 20-30 seconds.

Following Shramanasan:

This asana increases flexibility in the legs and relieves pain.

Blood improves blood circulation.

How to practice in -Oil Shrainsana:

Bend the legs and hands and place the body in the shape of a triangle.

Try to lift the ankles with the ground and leave the neck loose.

Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds.
