Home remedies to reduce rising cholesterol

Garlic

Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds are rich in fiber which help to get cholesterol out of the body. Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek in water overnight and eat on an empty stomach in the morning with water.

Gooseberry

Amla is a natural antioxidant that not only increases immunity but also keeps cholesterol balanced by detoxing the liver. Take one teaspoon of gooseberry powder or juice every morning.

Linseed seeds

Omega-3 fatty acids present in flaxse reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol. Take half a teaspoon of linseed powder with warm water daily.

Green tea

Green tea reduces weight, which also reduces your cholesterol to a great extent. Therefore, drink it 2 times a day.
