Wheat flour – 2 cups
Water – required quantity for kneading
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 table spoon (for knead)
Pizza Sauce – 4 Table Spoon
Chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup
Chopped Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon
Chopped green chili – 1 (optional)
Cheese
Red chili powder, oregano, basil – as per taste
Oil/butter – to bake
Method of making pizza paratha

First of all, add salt and 2 tablespoons oil to wheat flour and mix well. Then add some water and knead soft dough. The dough is neither too hard nor very sticky. Keep the dough covered for 15-20 minutes.

Make equal sized doughs with dough. Roll each dough lightly with a rolling.
Paratha
Take the dough and spread the pizza sauce in it evenly. Add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies and coriander over the top. Then sprinkle spices such as red chili powder, oregano and basil. Put the grated cheese at the top.
