Pizza paratha recipe: Pizza Paratha is a delicious and popular dish which is an excellent combination of Indian parathas and Italian pizza. Pizza is a perfect snack or lunch with crisp in food, crisp, spicy in taste and freshness of vegetables and cheese in stuffing.

Material for making pizza paratha

Wheat flour – 2 cups

Water – required quantity for kneading

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Oil – 2 table spoon (for knead)

Pizza Sauce – 4 Table Spoon

Chopped onion – 1/2 cup

Chopped tomatoes – 1/2 cup

Chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup

Chopped Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon

Chopped green chili – 1 (optional)

Cheese

Red chili powder, oregano, basil – as per taste

Oil/butter – to bake

Method of making pizza paratha

Wheat flour plaiting

First of all, add salt and 2 tablespoons oil to wheat flour and mix well. Then add some water and knead soft dough. The dough is neither too hard nor very sticky. Keep the dough covered for 15-20 minutes.

Make equal sized doughs with dough. Roll each dough lightly with a rolling.

Paratha

Take the dough and spread the pizza sauce in it evenly. Add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chillies and coriander over the top. Then sprinkle spices such as red chili powder, oregano and basil. Put the grated cheese at the top.

Closure

Place the dough rolled with the second cylinder over the stuffed flour and press the edges thoroughly so that the cheese does not come out. Now roll this whole tikki with light hand again.

Bake

Heat the griddle, put some oil or butter on it. Bake the paratha on medium flame till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. While baking, apply some oil so that the paratha does not remain too drought.
