New Delhi – Central employees of the Government of India are waiting for the recommendations of a new pay commission every decade, and this time all eyes are on the 8th Pay Commission. While everyone is eagerly waiting for the official announcement, a thick estimate is being made that if the fitment factor is extended by 1.92, the employees’ salary may have a tremendous bounce.

Here we are presenting you the estimated salary breakup of employees from Level-1 to Level-7, which has been designed on the basis of 1.92 fitment factor, X City’s 30% HRA, and TA under Higher TPTA.

If 1.92 fitment factor applies in the 8th Pay Commission?

Level-1 The basic salary of an employee can increase from ₹ 18,000 to ₹ 34,560, with ₹ 10,368 HRA and ₹ 1,350 TA, the total gross salary will be ₹ 46,278, and after a cut of about ₹ 3,706, the estimated net salary is formed ₹ 42,572.

Level-2 In, the basic ₹ 38,208 will be revised from 1.92 fitments at a basic salary of ₹ 19,900, with ₹ 11,462 HRA and ₹ 1,350 TA, the gross salary will be made ₹ 51,020 by adding ₹ 51,020, and ₹ 46,949 after a cut of ₹ 4,071.

Level-3 The employee of the employee will increase from ₹ 21,700 to ₹ 41,664, with ₹ 12,499 HRA and ₹ 3,600 TA, the total salary will be ₹ 57,763 with ₹ 57,763, out of which an estimated net salary of ₹ 53,347 will be made by extracting ₹ 4,416.

Level-4 Under the basic of ₹ 25,500 has been increased from 1.92 to ₹ 48,960, ₹ 14,688 HRA and ₹ 3,600 TA mixed with gross salary ₹ 67,248, and the net salary remains ₹ 62,102 after a cut of ₹ 5,146.

Level-5 In, there will be a revised salary of ₹ 56,064 after fitment at the original salary of ₹ 29,200, with ₹ 16,819 HRA and ₹ 3,600 TA and the total gross salary is made ₹ 76,483, and the net salary remains ₹ 70,627 after a cut of ₹ 5,856.

Level-6 The basic of ₹ 35,400 has been upgraded to ₹ 67,968, ₹ 20,390 HRA and ₹ 3,600 TA with a total gross salary ₹ 91,958, and after an estimated cut of ₹ 7,247, the net salary will get ₹ 84,711

Level-7 The basic salary of ₹ 44,900 has been increased to ₹ 86,208, by adding ₹ 25,862 HRA and ₹ 3,600 TA, the gross salary is made ₹ 1,15,670, and a cut of ₹ 15,931 (NPS, CGHS and Estimated Income Tax) reaches the estimated net salary to ₹ 99,739.
