Necessary ingredients to make dry fruits: Date seeds extracted a cup
Cashew half cup
Almond half cup
Walnut half cup
Pistachio two tablespoons
Raisins two tablespoons
Ghee one to one and a half tablespoon
Dry coconut grated two tablespoons
Cardamom powder half tsp
Method of making dry fruit laddus: To make laddus, first of all cut cashews, almonds, walnuts and pistachios into small pieces or grind light coarsely.
After this, finely chop raisins and dates.
Now add ghee to a pan.
Now fry the dry fruits on low flame till they turn golden.
After this, take it out in a plate.
Now after this, add a little ghee in the same pan and add chopped dates.
Fry for two minutes, the dates should not be softened.
Now add all the roasted dry fruits, raisins and cardamom powder to the dates and mix it well.
