Dehradun: Former world champion and Olympian Anish Bhanwala won two consecutive trials in the 25m rapid fire pistol (male) event, while Narmada Nitin of Tamil Nadu scored the top spot in the 10m air rifle on the fourth day of the National Selection Trial 3 and 4 for the Group ‘A’ Rifle and Pistol Shooters, which topped the 10m air rifle on the 10 meter, which was the trial of Maharana Pratap Sports in the present day of Maharana Pratap Sports in the present. In the men’s 25m RFP T4 final, Aneesh, while retaining his top form, recorded a score of 30 and won the finals for the second consecutive time in the trials. Anish also topped the T4 qualification round with 584-20X, re-gained double in qualification. Adarsh ​​overtook fellow Haryanvi shooter Mandeep Singh (579–16X) while finishing second with 581–14x. Bhavesh Shekhawat (577–10x), Udayveer Sidhu (576-15X), and Pradeep Singh Shekhawat (574-22x), all contributed in tough matches.

The trial will continue on the fifth day (Saturday, June 28, 2025), with three finals: 10 meter air rifle female T4, 25m pistol female T4, and 50m rifle 3 position male T3.
