The head is slightly heavy, but the pride is felt with the tricolor on the shoulder… Shubhanshu sent a special message on ISS

Washington. Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla of Indian Air Force has created history. Shubhanshu has become the first Indian to reach International Space Station. Shubhanshu and his three colleagues successfully connected their dragon spacecraft to the International Space Station in a successful manner. After this the entire team successfully entered the station. The astronauts already present there, welcoming the entire team with a loud hug and hugged each other. Shubhanshu Shukla has become the first Indian to do so as soon as ISS reaches. He said in a special message to the country- it seems easy, but the head is a bit heavy but the tricolor on my shoulder is feeling proud of it.

In the video released by NASA, his spacecraft can first be seen joining the station. After this, his entire team including Shubhanshu Shukla moves forward smiling, all the people present in the station welcome him. After this, all the people are seen laughing and drinking some there.

Captain Shubhanshu Shukla has taken carrot pudding, moong dal pudding and mango juice with him in space. Group Captain Shukla along with his team also includes three more passengers, including Slavose Uznanski of Poland, Hungary’s Tibor Kapu and US Dr. Paiggy Whitson.

Let us tell you that this mission of Shubhanshu Shukla is part of Axiom-4, which is being organized by Houston-based Axiom Space Program. Shukla and his team will do 60 experiments on ISS in this 14 -day mission, out of which Shukla will represent 7.

This mission also shows a major cooperation between NASA and ISRO. Through this mission, the commitment of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump was also fulfilled, in which it was agreed to send a person associated with ISRO into space. Through this project, both agencies will experiment five scientific and two stem focus. This experiment refers to long -term partnership on growing scientific research of both agencies.

Special things about Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla ..
Part of ISRO’s Gaganyaan project and Group Captain in the Indian Air Force hails from 39 -year -old Shubhanshu Shukla Lucknow. He has become the second Indian to go to space and the first Indian to go to the International Space Station after India’s first astronaut Rakesh Sharma.

The capable pilot of the Indian Air Force, Shukla, has also been selected for ISRO’s Gaganyaan project. He will use the experience of his space travel in the upcoming Gagan Yan Project. Apart from this, Shukla has gained experience of flying more than 2,000 hours on many types of aircraft including Indian Air Force aircraft SU-30 MKI, MIG-21, MIG-29, Jaguar, Hawk, Dornier and AN-32. Shukla, known as Shax in his team, is piloting the Axiom Mission. During the docking, the entire responsibility of operating the vehicle was in his hands.

“The tricolor is with me, and all of you too”
When Shubhanshu Shukla arrived in the international space station (ISS), his first emotional statement touched the heart of every Indian. In his first message, Shubhanshu said, “Standing here looks as easy as it is not as much. The head looks a bit heavy, but all is well. It’s just the beginning, the next 14 days we will do many experiments of science. I have brought the tricolor and brought all of you with me.”

‘Namaskar from space’
In an emotional message sent from space before docking, Shubhanshu said, “Greetings to everyone with space. This is not just my achievement, but a collective success of 140 million people of India. Swimming in space is an incredible and humble experience.”

“Like the child learns to walk…”
Sharing his first space experience, he smiled and said, “I think I am sleeping a lot here! I am learning to handle myself in a gravitational -free atmosphere. But the fun is coming a lot. It is fun to make a mistake here – and more than seeing someone else doing more than that!”

14 days, more than 60 experiments
Under the AXIOM-4 mission, Shukla and his team-America’s Paigi Witson, Poland’s Savos Ujnanski and Hungary’s Tibor Kapu-will use more than 60 in the field of science and technology on ISS for the next 14 days. These experiments include projects associated with cancer research, DNA repair and advanced construction techniques.

Historical moments for India
This historic mission is a new milestone for India’s space program, which symbolizes India’s return to the human space journey after Rakesh Sharma’s 1984 mission.
