RSMSSB Stenographer Admit Card 2025: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the admit card for Phase 2 of Stenographer and Personal Assistant (PA) Grade-II Recruitment Examination 2024. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards by visiting the official website of the board. The board has issued some guidelines for the candidates appearing in the Stenographer and Personal Assistant Phase-2 examinations. The exam will be held in two shifts on 29 June 2025
Rajasthan Stenographer Recruitment Exam Phase-2 will be conducted on 29 June 2025 in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be held from 3:00 pm to 4:20 pm.
All the candidates are advised to reach the examination center before the scheduled reporting time so that any last-minute hassle can be avoided. All the information related to the examination center, shift, and reporting time will be available on the admit card of the candidate, which is necessary to read carefully before the examination.
Recruitment for 474 posts
This exam is being conducted to fill a total of 474 vacancies for Stenographer and Personal Assistant (PA) Grade-II posts. The first phase of this recruitment process has already been completed, in which the written examination was taken. Now in Phase 2, the typing and shorthand skills of the candidates will be tested.
It is worth noting that the Phase-2 exam was earlier scheduled to be held on 19 and 20 March 2025, but it was postponed due to some reasons. Now this exam will be conducted in two shifts on 29 June 2025.

General guidelines related to the examination of stenographers and related posts conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board have been issued.
Candidates should ensure that they have the eligibility and educational qualifications prescribed as per the notifications issued by the Board. Also, they should not bring any kind of rail or bus receipt to reach the examination center and should not travel under any special pressure.
Maintain discipline at the examination center and during travel, otherwise, your examination may be canceled for inappropriate behavior.
Candidates should ensure their presence at the examination center at least two hours before the scheduled examination time so that they can sit in the examination hall on time.
Entry will be given to the center one hour before the start of the examination. After this, entry will not be given under any circumstances.
The candidate must bring his valid admit card, an original photo identity card (such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, etc.) to the examination center. The date of birth should be mentioned on the identity card.
Apart from this, the candidate must also bring a recent color passport-size photograph (2.5cm×2.5cm) which should not be older than one month.
Your identity will be verified at the examination center based on a photo ID, and entry will be given only after ensuring identification by a biometric device or face recognition system.
Mobile phones, Bluetooth, earphones, smartwatches, electronic devices, jewelry, hats, watches, books, notebooks, pen drives, wallets, scanners, theaters, cosmetic items, etc. are strictly prohibited in the examination center under any circumstances.

Click on the "Admit Card" link on the homepage.
Log in by entering your SSO ID/username and password.
Click on the admit card link and download.
Take a printout for future reference.
