BPSC Gender Correction Form: Many candidates who appeared in the 71st Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination 2025 of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) have made mistakes while filling OTR (One-time registration), especially in the gender column. Regarding this, the commission received many complaints through e-mail and calls. Now BPSC has given relief to such candidates.

Who can make corrections?

All those candidates who have mistakenly entered "Female" in place of "Male" or "Male" in place of "Female" are being given a chance to correct this mistake till the last date of application. The commission has clarified that this is a correction limited only to the gender column. If there is any mistake in other personal information, it can be corrected only after the release of the exam result.

You can make corrections till June 30
BPSC said "The OTR form contains only 08 personal information. Candidates should fill them out carefully. If there is a mistake in the gender column, it can be corrected till the last date of application (30 June 2025). Correction of any other mistake will be considered after the result." The commission has warned all the candidates to check the complete information carefully before 'submitting' the OTR form. If any mistake is recorded due to negligence of you or the cyber cafe, then the entire responsibility will be of the candidate.
BPSC 71th CCE 2025: Register by June 30
The registration process for the Integrated 71st Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination is still going on. Candidates can apply by visiting the official website (bpsconline.bihar.gov.in). The last date to apply has been fixed as 30 June 2025. Candidates can also pay the examination fee to this day. According to the notification released by the commission, the Preliminary Examination (Pre) will be held on August 30, 2025.
