A Mumbai police team along with forensic experts arrived at the Andheri residence of actress-model Shefali Jariwala on Saturday morning (June 28), following her sudden demise at the age of 42.According to the Mumbai Police, they received a call around 1 am informing them about Shefali's death. "Her body was found at her residence in the Andheri area. Mumbai Police received information about this at 1 am. Her body has been sent to Cooper Hospital for postmortem. The cause of death is not yet clear," said an official, as reported by ANI.Mumbai Police have recorded the statement of Shefali's husband, actor Parag Tyagi, at their home, along with three other people.Initial reports had stated that Shefali was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Andheri by her husband. However, hospital staff confirmed she was declared brought dead upon arrival. A new detail has emerged, with police now stating that Shefali was found unresponsive at her residence. The postmortem report is awaited to determine the exact cause of death.
