Monsoon Alert – Heavy to Very heavy Rain Warnings in 15 States for Next 4 days, Here Full Update

Monsoon Alert: The monsoon has swept across the country, but people in Delhi are still waiting for the monsoon. The humid heat in Delhi is making life difficult for people. Heavy rains have started in many states, while monsoon has not yet entered many areas of North India, including the capital, Delhi. There is a movement of clouds in Delhi, but people are yearning for rain. The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms in Delhi for the next 7 days.

However, it appears that the Meteorological Department’s prediction is failing. On June 28, the minimum temperature of Delhi can be recorded at 29 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature can be 39 degrees Celsius. A yellow alert has been issued regarding rain in Delhi on June 29 and 30.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning about heavy rains in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Eastern Rajasthan from June 29 to July 3. There is a possibility of extremely heavy rainfall in Himachal and Punjab on 29 June, Haryana on 29-30 June and Uttarakhand till July 1. Heavy rain is also expected in Jammu and Kashmir and western Rajasthan today.

When will the monsoon enter Delhi?

According to the Meteorological Department, a ‘yellow alert’ has been issued in Delhi on 29 and 30 June. There is a possibility of strong winds, lightning, and rain in Delhi during this period.

Alert regarding heavy rain in hilly states

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and eastern Rajasthan until July 3. Apart from this, heavy rain has been predicted in Himachal and Punjab. There may be extremely heavy rainfall in Uttarakhand. Heavy rain is forecast in Jammu and Kashmir and western Rajasthan on 28-29 June.

Warning of heavy rain in these states

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rainfall in Arunachal Pradesh until July 1 and in Nagaland until July 2. Apart from this, an alert has been issued regarding heavy rains in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. A warning of heavy rains has been issued in coastal Karnataka till July 3.
