Vasuki And Her Troubled Personal Life While she was busy in the film industry she joined the AIADMK party on the call of the then Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. Since then she has been away from films. She worked as the official spokesperson of AIADMK and fell in love with a man named Rajkumar and married him. However she faced harassment as her in-laws did not want her to get married. Furthermore Vasuki expressed her grief that her husband was addicted to alcohol and wasted all her wealth and gold. Vasuki’s Endless Hurdles Later the situation worsened when her husband committed suicide. She went to her mother who had already lost her father. She said that she had spent all her money on her mothers treatment as she was suffering from cancer. Vasuki said that as long as Jayalalithaa was alive she did not face any problems but after her death the situation has completely changed. He said that now it has become difficult to live and sometimes she is even ready to beg. Since no one in Tamil Nadu is paying attention to this Vasuki hopes to meet Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan to express their support. If the government provides pension facility she will get some financial appreciation. She also said that if needed she will also campaign for them again.
