The 42 year old star breathed her last on June 27 in Mumbai. Initial reports indicate that Jariwala suffered a cardiac arrest and was immediately rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital. Unfortunately, medical authorities declared her brought dead upon arrival. The unexpected loss of the Bigg Boss 13 contestant has sent waves of grief through the industry.
Ever since the news of Shefali's demise had surfaced, several celebs took to social media to offer condolences. Taking to social media, Shefali's Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant wrote, "I am still trying to process the news, you were an incredible person and I am struggling to find the words to express...You will be deeply missed, gone too soon". And now, Shefali's ex-husband has also mourned her demise on social media.

Taking to his Instagram story, Harmeet expressed his disbelief over Shefali's sudden demise and called it the most shocking moment of his life stated that it is painful for him to be not able to attend the late actress' last rites.
Harmeet wrote, "One of the most shocking moments of my life. I'm absolutely shattered and in disbelief after hearing about Shefali's sudden and untimely demise. Earlier, Harmeet's brother Manmeet had also mourned Shefali's demise and wrote, "Rest in peace Shef. Only God knows why he called you back so soon. Will always cherish the amazing moments spent with you. May Waheguru be with you on your onward journey".
