2025 IPL winning pacer from Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Yash Dayal, has been accused of sexual harassment by a woman who reportedly had a relationship with the bowler. The lady has lodged an FIR with the UP Police and has now sought help from the higher authorities. She lodged an official complaint to the Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, after the local authorities ignored her plea.

1 | Exploitation on the pretext of marriage:
The lady claimed that Dayal has been in a relationship with her for five years. By that time, he has been exploiting her financially as well as mentally. She reported that she visited Dayal's family quite a few times, but she was unaware of his "true intentions." And that's what she claims to be a physical assault.
2 | Misleading relationships with other women:
The lady reported that Dayal has been in different misleading relationships with other women too.
The woman first attempted to report the matter by contacting the women's helpline (181) on June 14, 2025. However, her complaint did not progress at the local police station.
Left feeling financially and socially vulnerable, she later turned to the Chief Minister’s office in search of justice. As evidence, she submitted chat records, screenshots, and video call recordings to support her allegations. She has appealed to the authorities to act promptly and ensure that the accused is held accountable under the law.
