Heavy rains continue to wreak havoc in Himachal Pradesh. Shimla Meteorological Center has issued a “red alert” for heavy rains in 10 districts of the state. At the same time, rail services have been disrupted due to falling of rocks and trees on the Shimla-Kalka railway route.
