Resilient in the face of tough competition from recent releases such as Maa and Kannappa, the drama sports comedy has sustained its excellent box office tempo on the strength of favorable word-of-mouth and audience approval.
Strong Second Weekend Boost
On Sunday, June 29, 2025, the movie registered a total Hindi occupancy of 42.89%, with the footfalls slowly increasing over the course of the day. The morning shows had an occupancy of 22.87%, which increased to 50.05% in the afternoons, the highest at 64.32% in the evenings, and came down to 34.32% at night. The weekend footfalls resulted in an estimated Sunday collection of Rs 14.50 crore (all languages), taking the film’s overall domestic net to around Rs 122.65 crore.
The second Saturday of the film witnessed a notable upsurge, grossing Rs 12.75 crore—almost double of Friday’s Rs 6.65 crore and even more than its opening day total. This momentum indicates strong audience interaction and ongoing interest well into the second week.
