Naseeruddin Shah says Diljit was not responsible for the casting. I would like to tell Naseeruddin Shah that he was an actor. He could have refused to work with Pakistani artists."

Calling Pakistan a terrorist nation, Ashok Pandit addressed Naseeruddin Shah and said, “Naseeruddin Shah, Pakistan has been attacking India for the last 50 years.
