Mohammed shami and hasin jahan: Indian team’s star fast bowler Mohammed Shami’s personal life is once again in the news. His long -standing dispute with wife Hasin Jahan, who is living separately, has now legally reached a significant turn. On Tuesday, July 1, the Kolkata High Court has given a major verdict in the matter, which has increased Shami’s difficulties significantly.
According to the court order, Shami will have to pay a hefty amount for his wife and daughter every month. This case is not only of the time to come but also for the last seven years, whose arrears have now reached crores of rupees.
The Kolkata High Court has issued an order that Mohammad Shami will have to pay Rs 1.5 lakh to his wife Haseen Jahan every month and Rs 2.5 lakh for daughter Aira. Shami’s daughter lives with her mother at the moment and is under her protection. Overall, now Shami will have to bear the cost of Rs 4 lakh every month.
Not only for the coming months, the court has decided on Shami from 2018 to now. According to the judgment, Shami will have to pay a total of Rs 1.26 crore to Haseen Jahan and Rs 2.10 crore to daughter Arara. That is, they have to pay a total amount of Rs 3.36 crore as an old dues.
Mohammed Shami and Haseen Jahan were married in 2014 and their daughter Ayra was born in 2015. But in 2018, there was a rift in the relationship between the two and the matter reached the court. Since then, this case has been going through a long legal process, which has now reached a decisive turn with this decision.
