Superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan along with their children Aryan Suhana and AbRam have moved into four floors of a luxury apartment building located in the nearby Pali Hill area of Bandra. They are residing in Puja Casa a building co-owned by filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani his son actor-filmmaker Jackky Bhagnani and daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh. The building is named after Pooja Bhagnani. Reports indicate that the superstar has leased two duplex apartments on the first second seventh and eighth floors of the building. Gauri Khan Rents 2 BHK Apartment As per reports Gauri Khan has rented a flat in Khar West Mumbai for her staff to use while Mannat the Khan familys famous home undergoes renovations. The apartment is situated in Pankaj Society a well-known residential area in the city and is only 100 meters away from another duplex she previously rented. According to lease documents obtained from Zapkey.com the flat measures 725 sq ft and is located on the 4th floor (Flat No. 6). It has been leased from Sanjay Kishor Ramani for Rs 1.35 lakh per month with a security deposit of Rs 4.05 lakh. The lease is for three years and includes a 5 percent increase in rent each year. The apartment has a hall kitchen two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is only 100 meters from where Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan are currently living. The lease states that her staff can use the property for living purposes from April 10 2025 to April 9 2028. About Mannat’s Renovation Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khans home in Mumbai Mannat is about to get even more luxurious. Reports suggest that the famous bungalow might soon have two additional floors added to its current design. Mannat is a significant landmark and a well-known tourist attraction in Mumbai. Renowned for its opulence the sea-view bungalow is valued at approximately Rs 200 crore. The Estimated Cost For Renovating Mannat As per reports Gauri Khan has made a request to the coastal authorities to add two more floors to their existing home. Mannat is a heritage bungalow that was built in 1914 and the Khans also reside in a nearby six-storey modern building within the same complex. The new plan intends to increase this structure to eight storeys. The estimated cost for the proposed construction is an astounding Rs 225 crore according to the report.
