Pakistani actress Sajal Aly has once again expressed her deep love for her late mother, Firdous Begum, through an emotional post shared on her Instagram account.

Sajal, who lost her mother in March 2017 after a prolonged illness, has often spoken about the close bond she shared with her. She has credited her mother for being her strongest support when she entered the entertainment industry. In multiple interviews, Sajal has mentioned that her mother used to read scripts of her projects, and she would only take on roles if her mother approved.

In the recent Instagram post, Sajal shared a collection of deeply personal photographs. The first image shows her in a monochrome portrait, sitting beside a stone engraved with the word “Ishq” (love). Another photo captures a precious childhood moment—a young Sajal wrapped in her mother’s arms, both sharing a warm embrace.

She also included a rare wedding photo of her parents, along with a symbolic image of a tree, which reflects her mother’s unending love and presence in her life.

The post became even more emotional with Sajal’s heartfelt caption:

“My life begins with you, and it ends with you.”
